As part of our commitment to professional standards, Q Invest advisers and assistants are required to regularly take time out of their diaries for learning and development. All staff undergo skills and technical training and development tailored so they can confidently fulfil their role in the organisation.

This ensures that they keep informed of changes in legislation or investment markets that could impact on their clients circumstances and maintain the skills needed to relate to clients in the delivery of a highly sort after service.

Many sessions are workshop based where advisers develop solutions that have kept Q Invest a modern and effective company.

Study assistance

Q Invest supports self-development and understands skills and qualifications continually need to be updated to ensure personal development and compliance with obligations. Permanent staff can apply for study assistance in courses that will directly contribute to the achievement of Q Invest's business goals and support future workforce planning requirements.

Study assistance can include study leave, examination leave and course cost reimbursement.
