As a financial planning specialist in the public sector, we are confident with the quality of the financial planning advice we provide.  In fact, we are so confident, that as a QSuper member if you feel that our advice can’t make a positive difference to you, we'll waive the fee.

It’s simple

As a QSuper member, if you don’t think you would be Better Off after receiving advice from a Q Invest Adviser, we won't accept a fee from you for the advice – costing you zero dollars!

There are no calculations, benchmarks, criteria, guidelines or any hidden terms associated with this offer. We simply ask QSuper members to ask themselves – do you think you’re Better Off after seeing a Q Invest Adviser?  If the answer is “no”, just tell us and you won’t be charged!

The Q Invest Better Off Price Guarantee applies to all advice regardless of where the member’s appointment is held. It doesn’t matter if it’s over the telephone or a face-to-face appointment with an Adviser at any of our offices.

The Better Off Price Guarantee is another way we are trying to make financial planning advice more accessible to QSuper members.
