LIVE! time is a tangible representation of the positive attitude that Q Invest staff bring to work every day. As a clear commitment to this vision, each permanent staff member is given a LIVE! token. The LIVE! token is valued at 2 hours of free time each month. LIVE! time is encouragement for you to get out and do the things that you need to keep a healthy work-life balance.

Employee assistance program

The Q Invest Employee Assistance Program is a confidential counselling program funded by Q Invest that addresses work-related and personal issues, which affect productivity and job performances. This program assists staff members and where appropriate, their supervisors, family and peers to resolve issues and concerns.

Getting fit together

The Gold coast BP Ultimate/BRW Corporate Triathlon has a great course at the Spit with a sheltered swim, a fast cycle and scenic run course. Q Invest supports staff members who wish to compete either in the Sprint Relay or Main Race. Each year Q Invest participates as a team in the Suncorp Bridge to Brisbane fun run and celebrates the day at the finish line with friends.

Q Invest staff are entitled to corporate membership rates at the Fitness First or Goodlife health clubs.

Corporate discounts on health insurance

Q Invest has arranged special offers to obtain health cover for staff not currently covered. These offers include immediate benefits for services normally requiring a waiting period of up to and including six months. Cover can include sports and fitness, general dental, chiropractic services, physiotherapy, optical and many more.
